| When do I get access? |
|
We’ll slowly start rolling out access to FamilyMint in December. Some will receive access before others as we continue the testing, feedback, and enhancement process. We don’t want to let people into the application before it’s ready. We know it’s hard to wait and we appreciate your patience!

| What are some of the benefits and responsibilities of early adopters? |
|
As an early adopter during our Private Preview phase, you not only will be one of the first to get your hands on FamilyMint and be able to use it with your family, but you will also have the ability to influence the future direction of the product itself.
Some of the responsibilities of early adopters include letting us know of any issues and providing your feedback, thoughts, and ideas. The Preview release is part of the testing process so the very first users of FamilyMint should expect to help us find a few faults or bugs. Being an early adopter is not for everyone!

| Why was I chosen? |
|
As family, friends, and friends of friends (i.e. new friends!) we trust your opinion and that you will be among the most understanding and forgiving as we work to perfect the product. We also know that you’ll “tell it like it is”!
In addition, we’re going to request that you keep what you see confidential until we move to our public release. As a start-up company we don’t want to expose our secrets too soon!

| What’s FamilyMint up to? |
|
Both Bob & Jeff are working full time to build FamilyMint — both the product and the business.
From a product perspective, we’ve partnered with Media Genesis in Troy, MI for the development work on the application, the website, and all the associated functionality. They’ve done a great job! They are wrapping up the build and we are in the middle of product testing. We can’t wait for you to get in and use it!
Building a business around this application is fun too! Building a business during an economic downturn is a challenge, but historically has been one of the best times to do so. As we’ve talked with potential investors, sponsors, partners, coaches, and users, we’ve met such great people and have learned so much already. We’ll be making it easier and easier to participate in the discussion if you wish to do so as we move forward.
